Application Process
If you are interested in any of our properties and you would like to apply, please follow the instructions below.

1. Select a time to do a self showing on the properties that you would like to view.

2. Come to our office at 5695 Strathmoor Dr. to pick up the keys for your self showing.
​
3. If you find a property you are interested in, simply fill out the application online and pay the $30 application fee. In the meantime, you can also put down a deposit while we finish processing your application! (Processing can take 2-3 business days and the application fee is Non-Refundable)
Move in Costs

Before approved applicants are allowed to move in we require:
​
1. First Month's Rent
2. Security Deposit (Equal to Rent)
3. Processing Fee: $150
4. Last Month's Rent: For all First Time Renter's!!
Security Deposit Notes:
1. The Security Deposit can hold a property for up to two weeks. You can then bring in
the rest of the move in costs at the end of those two weeks.

2. The Security Deposit must be a Money Order or Cashiers Check!!
​
3. You also have the option to make what's known as a 'Blind Deposit'—this means putting down a deposit before seeing the apartment in person, which can improve your chances of securing it. Please note, however, that we still require an approved application in order to officially hold any apartment.

4. If you decide to not rent with us after putting down a security deposit it is forfeit as the security deposit is used to take the property off of the market.
